DÁILCHEANTAR CORCAIG THEAS-LÁR
De bhun eascaire a d’eisigh Cléireach Dháil Éireann domsa táim ar tí dul i mbun toghadh 5 Teachta Dála don dáilcheantar seo.
Féadfar páipéir ainmniúcháin a fháil ón seoladh thíos i rith na ngnáthuaireanta oifige.
Féadfaidh duine é/í féin a ainmniú mar iarrthóir nó féadfaidh tairgeoir a bheidh cláraithe mar thoghthóir Dála sa dáilcheantar é/í a ainmniú, lena chead/lena cead.
Ní mór deimhniú cleamhnachta polaitíochta a bheith ag gabháil le páipéar ainmniúcháin iarrthóra de chuid páirtí polaitíochta cláraithe, agus caithfear an deimhniú sin a thabhairt ar aird dom in éineacht leis an pháipéar ainmniúcháin líonta.
Mura mbíonn deimhniú ag gabháil leis ní mór don iarrthóir, roimh an tráth is déanaí chun glacadh le hiarratais
- 30 aontú a bheith faighte aige nó aici le haghaidh an ainmniúcháin trí dhearbhuithe reachtúla ó thoghthóirí Dála a bheidh cláraithe sa dáilcheantar (tá foirmeacha le fáil uaimse nó ón údarás clárúcháin), nó
- €500 d’éarlais a leagan síos (is féidir éarlais a leagan síos ar son iarrthóra chomh maith).
Tá na sonraí faoi na riachtanais seo leagtha amach san Acht Toghcháin (Leasú) 2007.
Is é an t-am is déanaí chun ainmniúcháin a ghlacadh isteach an 12 a chlog meán lae an 16ú lá de Mí na Samhna.
Féadfaidh an t-iarrthóir nó a thairgeoir páipéir ainmniúcháin agus iad comhlánaithe a sheachadadh domsa go pearsanta aon tráth a mbeidh mé i m’oifig, ó 10 a chlog ar maidin an 14ú lá deMí na Samhna go dtí 12 a chlog meán lae ar lá deiridh chun ainmniúcháin a ghlacadh (i.e. 16ú Mí na Samhna).
Éilítear orm de réir dlí a bheith i láthair chun ainmniúcháin a ghlacadh idir 10 a chlog ar maidin agus 12 a chlog meán lae agus idir 2 a chlog agus 5 a chlog sa tráthnóna an 15ú lá de Mí na Samhna 2024 agus idir 10 a chlog ar maidin agus 12 a chlog sa tráthnóna an 16ú lá deMí na Samhna.
